WP1 aims at achieving the Organisational Readiness.
WP2 - Financial Framework
WP2 aims to deliver the SLICES-RI financial framework that covers all aspects of cost and incomes, including the design of a sustainable business model.
WP3 - Scientific and technical strategy and specifications
WP3 is dedicated to taking all the appropriate courses of action for delivering the final proposed overall architecture of the RI.
WP4 - Impact and relevance for science and society
WP4 aims to optimise the impact of SLICES as a responsible organisation and to investigate and monitor possible key performance indicators of the societal impact of SLICES.
WP5 - User needs, services, access and training strategy
WP5 aims to encompass the definition of the strategy of services to be provided by SLICES-RI together with the access policies.
WP6 - Operational framework
WP6 focuses on the operational framework in compliance with the strategies developed in WP3.
WP7 - Data management and ethics requirements
WP7 deals with the overall data management in the SLICES-RI, GDPR and ethical research conduct.
WP8 - Communication, dissemination and exploitation
WP8 focus on dissemination and communication strategy of SLICES-RI towards all relevant stakeholders

WP9 will involve all the management processes and quality assurance of SLICES-PP as a whole.
